The Pajama Factory was built in 1918 by Millen Aikenhead Textiles. Over the years, the building has transformed, but its original brick and hardwood charm remains. The smallest in comparison, The Pajama Factory’s six apartments overlook New York’s Empire State Trail and Broadway thoroughfare.

Today, The Pajama Factory is a combination of artist studio spaces and residential apartments. The ground floor of The Pajama Factory is made up of large warehouse-style art studio spaces, with spacious apartments on the second and third floors. The building is located close to the energetic Broadway corridor, along the Empire State Trail.
